Anxiety Isn’t Just Something I Treat —

it’s something I understand

I’ve struggled with anxiety for much of my life. I know what it feels like when your body won’t calm down, when your mind keeps buzzing, and when you’re exhausted from trying to manage it all.

That personal experience shapes how I show up in therapy — not as someone who has all the answers, but as someone who understands how frustrating and discouraging anxiety can be.

Women often come to me when they’re overwhelmed balancing parenting, relationships, work, and the expectations they place on themselves. They are capable and caring — but internally, their nervous systems are running on overdrive.

My work focuses on helping women feel heard while also teaching them how to regulate their bodies, shift unhelpful patterns, and respond differently to stress. life's challenges together, side by side.

I don’t pretend to know everything so please be prepared to read or listen to books! There are many people much smarter than me who have a lot of wisdom to share and I’d love to share it with you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker

My clinical training includes EMDR, DBT skills integration, CBT, Neurotherapy and nervous system regulation work. I am also Certified in Integrative Health which greatly informs my practice. I continue to pursue advanced education so I can provide thoughtful, effective care that evolves with current research.
